Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your enrollment in the Industry Internship & Training Program offered by Clarix IT Solutions (“Clarix”, “we”, “us”) in partnership with Techonquer. Please read them before applying — submitting an application means you accept them.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
01
Acceptance of these terms
By submitting an application, paying the program fee or participating in any part of the program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not enroll.
02
About the program
The program is a one-month industry-oriented internship and training experience combining structured sessions, practical assignments, mentor-guided project work and professional development. It is offered in two tracks — the Foundation Track and the Launchpad Track — which cover identical content and differ only in the stage of study they are intended for.
The program is delivered fully online. Schedule and session timings are specified per batch and may vary between batches.
03
Eligibility
The program is open to college students and fresh graduates, including Engineering, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science and Diploma students. Basic computer knowledge is recommended. We may request proof of student status where relevant.
04
Enrollment and application
Enrollment is completed through the application form on this website. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details — your name in particular is used exactly as entered on your internship offer letter and completion certificate. Corrections requested after documents are issued may not always be possible.
Seats in each batch are limited. Submitting an application does not by itself guarantee a seat; your place is confirmed once we verify your payment.
05
Program fee and payment
- The program fee is a single one-time payment shown on the final step of the application form, before you pay.
- Payment is made directly by scanning the UPI QR code provided at that step. You must pay the exact amount displayed.
- You must submit the UPI transaction reference (UTR) and a screenshot of the successful payment so we can reconcile it.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after we verify the payment against your submitted reference.
- Payments made to any account other than the one shown on the official payment step are not our responsibility.
06
Cancellation and refunds
You are entitled to cancel your enrollment within 30 days without giving a reason. To cancel, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to info@clarixit.in, including your name and application reference.
Where a refund is due, we will process it within 30 days of receiving your cancellation. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you originally used, and you will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement.
Certificates or offer letters already issued are void from the point a refund is processed, and access to program materials ends at the same time.
07
Offer letter, certificate and outcomes
Participants receive an internship offer letter at the beginning of the program outlining their engagement. A completion certificate is issued to participants who successfully meet the program requirements, including attendance, assignments and final project submission.
The program provides training, mentorship and practical experience. It does not promise, and should not be understood to promise, employment, placement, a stipend or conversion into a paid role. Any claim to the contrary from an unofficial source is not authorised by us.
08
Participant conduct
- Attend sessions and submit assignments within the communicated timelines.
- Treat mentors and fellow participants respectfully in all program spaces.
- Submit your own work; plagiarised submissions may be rejected.
- Do not record, share, redistribute or resell program materials, recordings or project briefs.
Unauthorised sharing of program material results in immediate removal from the platform without refund, and may lead to further legal action to protect our intellectual property.
09
Intellectual property
All training content, curriculum, assignments, project briefs, templates and branding used in the program remain the property of Clarix and its partners. Work you personally build during the program remains yours to use in your portfolio, provided it does not disclose confidential material belonging to us or our partners.
10
Changes to the program
We may adjust batch dates, session timings, delivery mode, mentors or curriculum details where reasonably necessary. Where a change is significant, we will communicate it to enrolled participants in advance. We may also cancel a batch, in which case affected participants receive a full refund.
11
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your participation is limited to the program fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages and third-party service failures.
12
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
13
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing with the program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
