01
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply for the program, you voluntarily provide your full name, email address, mobile number, college or institution, course, current semester and (optionally) your city. At the payment step you also provide a UPI transaction reference and a screenshot of your payment.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically receive standard technical data such as your web browser, IP address, time zone and certain cookies installed on your device. This data is used to identify potential abuse and to build aggregate usage statistics; it is not used to identify you individually.
02
How we use your information
- To assess your application and confirm your seat in a batch.
- To verify your program fee payment against the reference and screenshot you submit.
- To issue your internship offer letter and completion certificate in the correct name.
- To send you batch schedules, session links, assignments and other program communications.
- To provide mentor support and respond to your questions.
- To improve the structure and content of the program.
03
Payment information
Program fees are paid directly through a UPI QR code. We do not collect, see or store your card numbers, UPI PIN, bank credentials or any other payment authentication details — those stay with your bank and your UPI application.
What we do store is the transaction reference (UTR) you enter and the payment screenshot you upload, purely as proof of payment so we can reconcile your enrollment. Please make sure your screenshot does not include sensitive details beyond the transaction itself.
04
Where your information is stored
Application records are held in our internal systems and are accessible only to the Clarix team members administering the program. Payment screenshots are uploaded to and hosted by Cloudinary, a third-party media storage provider, under an account controlled by Clarix. Cloudinary processes this data on our behalf and is subject to its own security commitments.
05
Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
06
Sharing and legal disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information where it is required or permitted by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of participants, or to investigate fraud or misuse of the program.
Limited details may be shared with Techonquer solely for the purpose of delivering the training and issuing credentials for this program.
07
Third-party links
This site contains links to external websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.
08
Data security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09
Data retention
We retain application and payment records for as long as necessary to administer the program, issue and later verify your credentials, and meet our legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.
10
Your rights
Depending on where you live — and in particular if you are located in the European Union — you have the following rights over your personal data:
- The right to be informed about how your data is used.
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure of your data.
- The right to restrict processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@clarixit.in.
11
Children's privacy
The program is intended for college students and fresh graduates. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12
Program materials and conduct
Training materials, recordings, assignments and project briefs shared during the program are the intellectual property of Clarix and its partners. Sharing, redistributing or reselling this material without authorisation will result in immediate removal from the program and may lead to further legal action to protect those rights.
13
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or the program after a change means you accept the revised policy.
